Chandler Heights Arizona, 20 miles southeast of Phoenix, is an unincorporated community in Maricopa County that straddles Gilbert and Queen Creek. It has a population of 17,663 and the average household income is $62,743. It has a quiet rural atmosphere and many homes have acreage that accommodates horses and other livestock.

Historically, Chandler Heights has been a farming community with large parcels of land planted in citrus trees. A decade ago it was a place to go to get away from the big-city bustle.
