Financial Reports: Bookkeeping

is distributed to owners monthly.
Monthly financial statement
detail all income and expenses during the month.
Rental properties are
registered with the appropriate city agencies as required by law and
a city sales tax is collected from the tenants and submitted along with
the tax report to the city.
Owners receive a year's
end accumulative report for ease in preparing their federal income tax
forms. |
