Monthly financial statement detail all income and expenses during the month.

Rental properties are registered with the appropriate city agencies as required by law and a city sales tax is collected from the tenants and submitted along with the tax report to the city.

Owners receive a year's end accumulative report for ease in preparing their federal income tax forms.
