Like the Ahwatukee Foothills Village communities to its immediate south, it has a character and identity that sets it apart from the City of Phoenix. Its strategic location makes it an easy commute to downtown Phoenix, Sky Harbor and the East Valley cities of Tempe, Mesa, and Chandler.

PROPERTY FOR SALE AT POINTE SOUTH MOUNTAIN

The Pointe residential community shares its' western border with the South Mountain Park Preserve. This is the largest city park and mountain preserve in the United States and offers miles of hiking trails, petroglyphs, a variety of wild life critters, and panoramic vistas of Phoenix and the East Valley. Additionally, the South Mountain Golf Course winds throughout much of the residential community and many homes enjoy fairway views.
