I have been with Desert Wide Properties since 1985 and have had many different managers. I now have Jessica and would like to take this great opportunity to give lots of thanks for the fantastic job that Jessica has done on my unit in Pointe at South Mountain.

She has gone beyond my expectations of management of my unit. We have had so many problems before and after the former tenants. She is always available to answer my questions and very responsive to my concerns; from new appliances, new HVAC and flooring and horrible infestations of cockroaches plus problems with the trash from the HOA. And on Friday a note to trim my palm tree which she found out that it is not on my property and notified the HOA.

Staff is great at assisting. This was my first rental through an agency and not directly from a homeowner or complex. It was definitely different and I appreciated the patience from staff. They worked really hard to help with all of our maintenance needs during our rental agreement. Tammy is definitely a great person to work with
